For athletes
Your tasks
What your coach has asked you to do, when it is due, and how each kind of task is completed.
A task is a request from your coach with a shortcut attached. Each card names what to do and takes you straight to the place where you do it, so there is nothing to go looking for.
The three kinds
| Kind | What it asks and how you finish it |
|---|---|
| Goal | Set a goal for yourself. The card takes you there with Set goal. |
| Self-assessment | Rate yourself against your coach's evaluation, with Rate myself. |
| Test result | Record a measured result for a named test, with Record result. |
What the labels mean
A task is Waiting until you complete it, at which point it becomes Done with the date. A due date that has passed shows as Overdue. Your coach can also cancel a task, which leaves it as Cancelled rather than deleting it.
Worth knowing
You do not mark a task done yourself. Completing the thing it asks for is what closes it, which is why each card carries the shortcut rather than a checkbox.
A task may arrive with a message from your coach. That message is context for the task, not a separate conversation.
