For athletes
Your own view
What you get when you open Striveon: your trainings, your goals, your ratings, and the parts you keep yourself.
Your view is your own. You do not see other athletes, and you do not see the coaching tools. What you get is everything recorded about you in one place, some of it written by your coaches and some of it written by you.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | The short version of everything below it. |
| Goals | What you are working toward, and how far along each one is. |
| Training groups | The groups you belong to. |
| Upcoming Training Events | What is next, with the time and the venue. |
| Past Training Events | What has already happened. |
| Logs | Trainings you missed, ones you made up, and what is still to be recovered. |
| Notes | What your coach has written about you. |
| Progression | How your ratings have moved over time. |
| Evaluation | Your latest ratings, skill by skill. |
What is yours to add, and what is written for you
Yours: you can set your own goals and record progress on them, write your own notes, log your own test results, complete a self-assessment, and reply to what your coach has recorded.
Written for you: your coach's ratings, the development view they build up into, and the attendance log. Those you read rather than maintain.
If your organization requires self-evaluation, your coach's rating stays hidden until you have recorded your own, or until your coach shows it to you.
From here you can also sync your trainings to your own calendar, answer tasks your coach assigned, and respond to training invitations.
