The closed development loop
Every part of Striveon works on one set of data. That is what makes this season's work into next season's head start, instead of notes you write once and never read again.
Five stations, one data set
Each station hands its work to the next. You are not entering the same thing twice anywhere along the way.
Then it closes: what the season showed is where the next season's focus starts. Nothing has to be carried over by hand.
What you do, and what Striveon does
You bring the coaching: the focus you choose, the drills you write, the ratings you record. Striveon does the carrying: it accumulates those ratings into development, moves the goals tied to them, expands weekly times into a calendar, and rolls the whole club up into one view.
Why the loop matters more than any single feature
A drill library on its own is a folder. Evaluations on their own are a form. Because they share one data set, an evaluation you record in October still means something next spring: it is a point on a curve, a goal that moved, and a line in the club's picture of the season.
What it does not do
The loop does not run without you. Striveon does not plan a season, write a drill, or decide an athlete's rating. It makes sure that once you have done those things, nobody has to do them again to see what they added up to.
