This notice explains what joinstriveon.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 3 September 2026.

What we collect

Use of this website. We use third-party analytics services that set cookies and record how pages are used, including your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.

The coaching program review. The program review runs in your browser. When you reach the report we store the answers you chose and the date, with no name, no address and nothing else that identifies you. If you then ask for the report by email, we add your address and whether you asked to be contacted to that same record, and we send you a copy. Anything you write in your own words is not stored either way.

Bot protection. The review is protected by reCAPTCHA, which loads with the page and assesses the visit in order to tell people apart from automated scripts. Google's privacy policy(opens in new tab) and terms of service(opens in new tab) apply to it.

What we use it for

To send the report you asked for, to reply if you asked to be contacted, to learn whether these questions are useful to coaches, and to see how this website is used. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent for your email address and any contact request, which you can withdraw at any time. Legitimate interest for the answers stored without an address, for website analytics and for bot protection.

Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our behalf: web analytics, bot protection and email delivery. Some of them operate outside the EEA, so data about your visit is transferred there.

How long we keep it

An email address is kept while it is still needed for the purpose it was given for, and is deleted on request. Answers stored without an address contain no identifier and are kept as statistics.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw your consent. Write to support@striveon.app from the address you gave us. Answers stored without an address cannot be located, because nothing in them identifies who sent them.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

This notice covers this website. Personal data inside the Striveon application, where athletes, plans and evaluations live, is governed by the agreement with the customer organisation.
