Your account settings and notifications

How you sign in, which emails Striveon sends you, your language, and the tips and cards you want to see.

Your profile and sign-in

  1. Open your account

    The Profile tab shows your email, whether it has been verified, and how you sign in.

  2. Verify your email if it is not verified yet

    An unverified address cannot receive a password reset code, and it makes other notifications less reliable.

  3. Connect Google if you want a faster sign-in

    Connecting Google lets you sign in without a password. Your email and password keep working alongside it.

Email notifications

  1. Open the Notifications tab

    Service notifications are always on and cannot be switched off. Everything below them is yours to choose.

  2. Choose which training changes reach you

    As a coach you can follow all trainings or only the ones a named coach runs. As an athlete you follow your own.

  3. Choose which content changes reach you

    Evaluations, notes, goals, season plans, skill sets, and evaluation criteria can each be followed separately.

  4. Save

    Select Save Notification Preferences.

Language, formats, and guidance

  1. Open the Preferences tabOpen the Preferences tab(opens in new tab)
  2. Set your language

    The whole interface follows it.

  3. Set the date and number format

    This is separate from language, so you can read Striveon in English while keeping local date and number formats.

  4. Decide whether to show tips and summary cards

    Tips & Guidance controls the orange checklist and the notes that explain how a change you just made carries elsewhere. Page Summary Cards controls the cards at the top of each page.

  5. Clear offline media if you need the space

    Videos and images you kept for offline use are stored on your device. This clears them; it does not delete anything from Striveon.

Worth knowing

Striveon reaches you by email only. There are no push notifications, so switching an email notification off means you will not hear about that change at all.

Turning notifications off also stops training invitations, which is what attendance automation uses to ask whether you are coming.

You cannot delete your own account from here. Striveon points you to your organization owner instead, because removing a person is an organization decision rather than a personal setting. A board member sees no Notifications tab, since training emails are outside what that role does.
