Record a test result

Log a measured result against one of your assessment templates. Any assessment goal it targets moves forward on its own.

You need at least one assessment template first. Templates are created on the Skill Sets page, not here; until one exists, the record button stays disabled.
  1. Open the athlete's Assessments tabOpen the Assessments tab(opens in new tab)
  2. Record a new result

    Select + (Record Assessment).

  3. Choose the template

    Select the assessment template. If you have only one, it is chosen for you.

  4. Set the date

    Pick the date. It defaults to today.

  5. Enter the values

    Fill in each field on the template. Required fields must be filled before you can save.

  6. Add notes where it helps

    This is optional.

  7. Save the result

    Select Record.

A saved result can be edited afterwards, with one exception: if the template it was recorded against has been deleted, the result stays readable but can only be deleted, not corrected. Running a whole test day at once is a different route; see record test results for several athletes.
