How toOrganization
Organization settings
Your organization's name, the size a training aims for, whether athletes evaluate themselves first, and which sport features are on.
- Open Organization, Settings tabOpen the Settings tab(opens in new tab)
- Set the organization name
This is your club, academy, team, or coaching organization as everyone else sees it.
- Set the target size of a training
How many athletes a training event is meant to hold. Striveon uses it to decide when a spot counts as open.
- Decide whether athletes evaluate themselves first
Self-evaluation required means an athlete records their own view before they can see the coach's rating. Leave it off and they see your rating as soon as you save it. A coach can also show a single evaluation to the athlete before they have done their own.
- Switch sport features on or off
Under Features you decide whether calendar events can be classified as matches, whether matches carry a lineup, and whether athlete profiles have a position and jersey number. Many team sports add their own list under sport-specific features.
Worth knowing
Switching a feature off hides its fields rather than deleting what was recorded through them. A match already logged keeps its opponent and score; you just stop seeing the match type on new events.
The target size is what tells attendance automation when a spot is open. Without it, automation has nothing to compare a training against.
The evaluation scale is on this tab too. Read the rating scale before you change it: narrowing it loses detail permanently, and Striveon does not ask you to confirm.
