Roles and access
Everyone in your organization holds one role, and the role decides what they see when they open Striveon.
The roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything a coach can do, plus billing, organization settings, and deleting the organization. One per organization. |
| Coach (full access) | All coaching work: athletes, evaluations, goals, drills, sessions, calendar, skill sets, and the organization overview. Cannot handle billing or delete the organization. |
| Board | Reads the organization overview and season report, sets the membership fee, and invites coaches. No coaching tools, no individual athlete profiles, no billing. |
| Athlete | Sees their own dashboard: their evaluations, goals, and training events. No coaching tools. |
How each one gets in
Coaches and board members are invited from Organization, Team tab, as a single-use link. An athlete is invited from their own profile instead, also as a single-use link, and each athlete has one.

What athletes see
An athlete sees their own evaluations, goals, and sessions, and can respond to training invitations. If your organization uses blind evaluation, an athlete sees a coach's ratings only after they have submitted their own self-assessment, or after the coach releases it.
Worth knowing
You may see a "Limited" role listed in the app. It is not available yet. In practice you are choosing between coach, board, and athlete.
