Set evaluation criteria

Criteria describe what each rating level means, so every coach evaluates to the same standard.

  1. Open the Evaluation Criteria tab

    It is on the Skill Sets page.

  2. Create a criterion

    Select the + (Add Evaluation Criteria) button.

  3. Set the level range

    Choose the start and end of the rating levels this criterion covers.

  4. Describe the level

    Enter a level name and the criteria for reaching it.

  5. Save the criterion

    Select Create. Ranges cannot overlap, so each level is defined once.

These apply across your organization. You can also set criteria for a single skill set from within that skill set, and where you have, that skill set is measured against its own criteria rather than these. When you evaluate, the criteria panel names which of the two you are reading.
