Sync your trainings to your own calendar

Put your Striveon trainings into Google, Apple, or Outlook. You set it up once and the schedule keeps itself current.

  1. Open Calendar Sync from your own view

    Select Sync to your calendar.

Open your view(opens in new tab)
  2. Choose your calendar's timezone

Pick the timezone your own calendar runs in, so the trainings land at the right hour.

  3. Generate the link

Select Generate calendar link. You only do this once; the link is then yours.

  4. Copy it

    Select Copy link.

  5. Add it to your calendar

Follow the instructions on the same panel for Google Calendar, Mac, iPhone, or Outlook. You are subscribing to a calendar, not importing a one-off file, which is what keeps it current.

How current it really is

Your own calendar decides how often it refreshes a subscribed calendar, and that is usually not immediately. A change made in Striveon can take up to 12 hours to appear in Google Calendar or Outlook. Striveon cannot speed that up, because the refresh is the calendar app's decision.

Striveon itself is always current. When a training moves at short notice, your view in Striveon is the one to trust.

The link is personal and shows your trainings. Treat it like a password rather than something to share.
