Log in and reset your password

Log in

Open Striveon
If you are not signed in, the login page opens by itself.
Sign in
Select Continue with Google, or enter your email and password and select Log In. Use the method you chose when your account was created.

Reset your password

Start the reset
On the login page, select Forgot your password?.
Request the code
Enter your email address and select Continue. Striveon sends a 6-digit code to that address.
Set the new password
Enter the code from your email and a new password of at least 8 characters, then select Reset Password.
Log in again
Striveon returns you to the login page. Sign in with the new password.

Worth knowing

A reset code only goes to an email address that has been verified. Striveon always confirms the request with the same message: "If your email is verified, a reset code has been sent". An unverified address therefore looks exactly like a verified one until the email does not arrive.

An account that signs in with Google has no Striveon password to reset. The reset page says so and sends you back to the login page, where Continue with Google is the way in.

Striveon does not tell you whether an address has an account, so requesting a code for the wrong address looks the same as requesting one for the right address. Check the address before you wait for the email.
