Delete the organization

What deleting removes, who can do it, and the 14 days you have to change your mind before it becomes permanent.

Only the owner can start a deletion, and only the owner can cancel one. There is one owner per organization.
  1. Open Organization, Billing tab

    Deleting sits at the bottom, below billing.

    Open the Billing tab(opens in new tab)
  2. Start the deletion

    Select Delete Organization and confirm. This also ends the subscription.

  3. Note the two dates

    Striveon shows when deletion started and when it becomes permanent. Between them you have 14 days.

  4. Change your mind if you need to

    Cancel Deletion during those 14 days brings the organization back in full. After the deadline it cannot be recovered.

What is removed

Everything. The organization and all its data, which includes every user account, all the coaching work recorded in it, and the ability to log in at all. Nobody keeps a personal copy.

The 14 days are the whole of your safety margin. Once the permanent deletion date passes, not even support can bring it back.

An organization marked Disabled is not a deleted one. If a trial ended without billing details, the work is still there and comes back when billing is sorted out. Deleting is the deliberate version of the same ending.
