Behind the scenes

How the weekly schedule fills the calendar

Set your weekly training times once. Striveon lays out the whole season's calendar from them, and keeps it in step as things change.

One row becomes many trainings

Each weekly time you add to a group becomes a training every week, from today (or the season's start) to the end of the season. You set the pattern once; Striveon fills in every date.

Only ahead, never behind

It fills future dates only. Past trainings are left as they were, so history stays intact.

Changes keep the calendar in step

Add or remove an athlete and the future trainings update to match. Change a weekly training's time and the future trainings shift with it, keeping their attendance and notes. Change its weekday instead and Striveon rebuilds those trainings on the new day, so anything already recorded on the old ones does not carry over. If a season starts later or a group is added afterward, you can top up the missing trainings from the Training Seasons tab.

What it does not do

Striveon does not move or delete past trainings, and it does not invent times you did not set. The weekly pattern is yours; the calendar is that pattern spelled out.
