Behind the scenes

How changes reach athletes

When you move a training or swap who is in it, Striveon tells the people it affects and records who has confirmed they saw it.

What counts as a change

A time that moved, a venue that changed, a coach who was swapped, athletes added or removed, a training that was cancelled, and a new one-off training or match. Each event keeps the date of its last change, so you can see at a glance whether what you are looking at is still what everyone agreed to.

Who hears about it

The people the change affects, and only them. Adding an athlete tells that athlete; moving a training tells everyone in it. What actually arrives depends on each person's own notification settings, which is why an athlete who has switched training emails off will not hear about it.

Seen, or only sent

Striveon separates the two. A person is Informed once the message has gone out, and Acknowledged once they have opened the link and confirmed they saw it. Someone who has not been told at all shows as Not informed, so the gap is visible rather than assumed.

Where attendance automation is running, the same panel also shows who was invited as a replacement and who accepted.

What it does not do

Striveon does not chase people. It sends what your settings allow, records what came back, and shows you the difference. Closing the gap from there is on you, not the app.

There are no push notifications and no read receipts. An acknowledgement is something the person actively gave, not something inferred from an opened email.

Changing a weekly training time rather than a single event follows different rules: how the weekly schedule fills the calendar covers what moves and what is rebuilt.
