Record test results for several athletes

Run a test day and enter everyone's results in one table, instead of opening each athlete's profile in turn.

You need an assessment template first, because this starts from the template's card. Create an assessment template.
  1. Open the Assessment Templates tab

    This starts from the template, not from an athlete, which is the part that is easy to miss.

  2. Start a multiple recording

    On the card of the test you are running, select Record multiple.

  3. Choose who you are recording

    Pick a training event and take its participants, or select athletes from your training groups. Athletes without a group have their own section, so nobody is stranded.

  4. Enter the values

    One row per athlete, one column per field on the template. Add a note on a row where the number needs context.

  5. Save them all

    Select Save All Results. Each result lands on that athlete's own profile.

These are the same results as the ones recorded one at a time, saved to the same place. Any assessment goal they target moves forward on its own, exactly as it would for a single result.
