For athletes

Rate yourself and reply to your coach

Record your own view of where you stand, and answer what your coach wrote about a training or an evaluation.

Rate yourself

  1. Open the self-assessment

It reaches you as a task from your coach, and it also sits with your evaluation in your own view.

Open your view(opens in new tab)
  2. Rate each skill as you see it today

Use the same scale your coach uses. Record where you actually are, not where you want to be: the point of the exercise is the gap between your reading and your coach's.

  3. Save it

If your organization requires self-evaluation, saving yours is what reveals your coach's ratings. Your coach can also show you theirs before that.

Reply to your coach

  1. Find what your coach recorded

An evaluation, a note, or a training your coach wrote about.

  2. React

Pick the reaction that fits: Got it, Agree, Not sure, Proud, or Bring it. You can change it afterwards.

  3. Add a comment if you have more to say

Write what you are thinking. Comments are visible to you and to your coaches, and they can reply in the same thread.

Who sees what

Your comments are not private: every one of your coaches sees them. Other athletes do not.

Self-evaluation is only required if your organization has switched it on. Where it is off, your coach's ratings are visible to you as soon as they are saved.

A self-assessment your coach asked for shows up as a task. See your tasks.
