How to

Respond to a training invitation

Answer the invitation that arrives by email: confirm, decline, or land on the waiting list when the session is full.

Invitations only go out for training groups where a coach has switched attendance automation on, and only to athletes with their own Striveon account and email notifications enabled.
  1. Open the invitation from your email

The invitation arrives by email and carries its own link. You do not have to be signed in to open it.

  2. Check the training

The page names the group, the time, the venue, the coaches, and who else is coming.

  3. Answer

Say whether you are coming. The email also carries direct answer links, so a one-tap reply from the message itself is a complete answer.

  4. Read what happened

Striveon confirms the outcome on the page: your spot is reserved, your coach has been told you are not coming, or the session was full and you are on the waiting list.

If you end up on the waiting list

A full session puts you on the waiting list rather than turning you away. If a spot opens, you are added and told right away. If none opens, you hear once the session is settled and no further changes are possible.

A link that no longer works usually means the invitation was already answered or the training was deleted. If confirming does not work, tell your coach directly that you have seen the change. See how attendance automation works for what happens after you answer.
