How to

Subscription, trial, and invoices

Where your trial stands, how to add billing details and subscribe, and where the invoices are.

Only the owner or an admin can edit billing information, request a quote, or generate an invoice preview. A coach with full access sees the tab but cannot change what is on it.
  1. Open Organization, Billing tab

The subscription status at the top says where you stand: on the free trial, subscribed, on a break, or not subscribed. During a break agreed with us, Resume subscription starts billing again from the details already on file.

Open the Billing tab(opens in new tab)
  2. Add your billing details

Name, email, address, country, and VAT number if your organization has one. Subscribing needs these, so it is worth doing before the trial runs out rather than on the last day.

  3. Need a quote for an approval process? Request one before subscribing

Select Request a quote next to Subscribe and enter the billing details. Once the quote is ready, open it with View quote. It creates no subscription and starts no billing: it is a document to take to whoever approves the purchase. The details you enter are kept, so subscribing later starts from them.

  4. Check what the next invoice will look like

Select Generate Invoice Preview to see the next invoice before it is issued. The preview needs your billing details to be complete.

  5. Read the invoices

Each invoice shows its billing period, amount, due date, and whether it is paid. You can open it or download it as a PDF.

What happens if you do nothing

When a trial ends without billing details, the organization moves to Disabled rather than being deleted. Your data is still there; nobody can work in it until billing details are added and the invoice is paid.

An unpaid first invoice carries the same risk. Striveon warns you here before it cuts off access.

Legal documents (the terms, the cookie policy, and the privacy policy) are on this tab as well. Ending your use of Striveon altogether is a different action: see delete the organization.
