Behind the scenes

How the organization overview is worked out

The overview is not a report anyone fills in. Striveon reads your coaches' evaluations and goals and works out each figure.

Who counts as at risk

A member is flagged when their rating has dropped this season, or a goal has stalled with no recent progress. Not being evaluated yet does not count as at risk; that is a separate coverage gap.

How the money figure is worked out

The euro figure is the sum of the fees of exactly the members on the at-risk list. Each member brings their own yearly fee, so the headline always adds up to the rows beneath it.

What the good-news figures mean

Development is the average rating across everyone who has been evaluated, at the start of the season and now. Evaluation is how many athletes have been rated this season, and on Striveon is how many have an account of their own. All rolled up from what your coaches recorded.

What it does not do

Striveon does not guess or invent these numbers. If a figure looks off, look at what has been recorded, and what has been left unrecorded.
