How the development curve is built
The development view shows an athlete's ratings over time. You never build or update it yourself; every evaluation you record becomes part of it automatically.
Built from your evaluations
The view is put together from every evaluation you have recorded, in order. Save a new evaluation and it joins the picture right away, so the view always shows the full history without any extra step from you.
How a rating rolls up
One rating flows up three levels. Nothing here is entered twice: you rate the skills, and Striveon averages upward.
What a saved evaluation moves
When you save, any active goal whose target skill or skill set you just rated takes on the new value. If that value reaches the goal's target, the goal marks itself complete. Goals you track by hand (custom goals) are yours to update and are left untouched.
What it does not do
Striveon does not invent evaluations or ratings. Every point on the curve is one a coach recorded. You bring the reading; Striveon draws it over time.
