What deleting removes
What each delete takes with it, what can be undone, and where cancelling is a step of its own before a permanent delete.
Striveon asks you to confirm before a delete, but the confirmation does not always say what else goes with it. This table does.

| Athlete | Everything recorded about them, permanently. If they had their own login, that account goes too and they can no longer sign in. |

| Evaluation | The evaluation itself. There is no editing an evaluation, so deleting and recording a new one is how you correct one. |
| Assessment result | The recorded result. Deleting the template it used leaves old results readable but no longer editable. |

| Training event | Two steps. Cancelling keeps the event and everything on it; a permanent delete afterwards erases it, including a match's score and lineup. |

The only one you can undo
Deleting the organization is the single delete with a way back: 14 days, after which it is permanent. Every other row above is immediate and final.
The two that surprise people
Deleting an athlete deletes their login. If they had an account, removing the athlete removes the person's access along with the record.
Cancelling and deleting a training are different things. A cancelled match keeps its score and lineup; deleting it afterwards is what erases them.
