Imagine you're the head coach of a tennis club managing multiple training groups, each with different development priorities. For example, one group focuses on improving tactical skills for upcoming competitions, while another works on physical conditioning.
With Season Plans, you can create a plan for the entire organization and then add more specific plans for each group or even individual athletes. These plans can run concurrently, allowing you to address the unique needs of each group without compromising overall coordination. Training Events automatically reflect these plans, and when you’re planning drills for a session, the system suggests drills that align with the active Season Plan focus.
For example, if the tactical group has a Season Plan focusing on positioning and strategy, relevant drills from your Drill Library are highlighted, ensuring that every session contributes to their development goals.

How to Create and Manage Season Plans
Follow these steps to set up Season Plans for your entire organization, specific groups, or individual athletes.

Access the Season Plans
Go to the Season Plans page on the Striveon Coaching Platform to start creating your Season Plans.
2.
Select Dates
Choose the start and end dates for your Season Plan. This defines the time period it will cover.
3.
Choose the Target Group
Decide whether the plan applies to the entire organization, selected training groups, or individual athletes.
4.
Focus on Skill Sets
Select the Skill Sets and specific skills that will be the focus of the plan. These determine what athletes will practice and improve during the period.
5.
Modify and Adjust as Needed
Update your plan throughout the season to stay aligned with evolving goals and priorities.
